Moving towards a secure future.

https secure

At the beginning of 2016, Google took steps to make sure that websites that do not have a secure connection, be marked with a red ‘x’. This would flag these websites as being unsecured. This put us in a spot of bother (even though ours is not a commercial ‘buying’ and ‘selling’ website).

What this meant for us (read as ‘me’) is that, any user coming over to our site would see a dreaded red x instead of the green padlock that you now see before the URL. Even though it wouldn’t affect you in any way, these red signs are known to put off people at times. This makes users want to browse away from the website.

After a lot of research and running around for certificates, we are finally a SECURE website. This means that your browsing is now secure and there will be no eavesdropping on your connection. This probably never happened before either, but better safe than sorry.

So before Google could flag us in 2017, we are now completely equipped to fight security threats. We really hope you appreciate the effort we put in to keep you safe.

Your constant support is what keeps us going with renewed hope each day!

Thank you so much for all the love and I really appreciate your time.

Simon
